Each MAP Plan is customized to suit the individual, you can swap in and out foods*, create more serving sizes if you are mapping meals for the whole family. Each recipe shows an image (of the actual real meal) you can see what it’s supposed to look like if your OCD needs a little massaging. You will also see a complete macro-nutrient breakdown showing all the nutrient profile of foods.
