MAP’s unique meal planning app is pre-loaded with over 3,000 recipes. Not all recipes will be available to you, in fact each program will have a customized plan set within a specific calories range. You can switch out a meal / recipe but stay within your calorie and macro-distribution of the weight loss plan.
You’ve heard that Abs are made in the kitchen and this is true but in order to effectively reduce body fat, the body needs to move. Most people have either access to a public gym or a home gym. We encourage exercise on any of the programs. If you don’t go to the gym, or have an effective home gym, then you can certainly get outside and power walk or run.
MAP translates into ‘My Action Project’, we named our system this because we want to help with your whole journey – firstly we have a variety of programs that you can choose from depending on your goals, timeframe, lifestyle and mindset. From there you’ll get the full action plan including meal options and the main rational for the diet.
MY = Your own accountability. The most important part is knowing what your mindset status is, and working to remain focused.
ACTION = This is what you need to do everyday.
PROJECT = Just like anything worth while you need to take this on like a project step by step.
